Phoenix Follow-up

Like a Phoenix from the ashes our posts about Phoenix won't die. Well OK this is our final post on our two and a half week trip to the desert.

We got to celebrate Debbie's birthday



Katelyn got to play in the grass



Izzy got to be Nana's helper in the kitchen



... and got to enjoy pancakes.



Izzy and I got to go hiking a couple of times



Izzy got to run into the sunset



We all went to In-and-out ... a lot .... the bank statement says 7 times - we must've paid cash a few times!



Katelyn got a career idea



Izzy got to play catch



Katelyn got to swim



Gingerbread men were decorated



And outta no where ... we found snow and the Polar Express two hours north of the desert. We were trying to get to the Grand Canyon but got stuck in snow in Williams, AZ.



Santa gave the kids a bell and Mrs. Claus made them all hot chocolate!
