After 13 hours in the hospital Katelyn decided to finally come and see us. The whole experience was an odd Déjà vu from Izzy's entrance into the world. Katelyn was technically premature being born after 36 weeks and 5 days (<37 weeks = premature) though you wouldn't know it from the fact that she was 8lb 6oz and 21" tall. That means that she was 1lb heavier and .5" taller than Izzy at birth.

In reflecting on this day I am in awe of my incredible wife and the two beautiful girls she has brought into this world.
