You know your kids are growing up to fast when...
- You are no longer Mommy and Daddy but "Michael" and "Tiffany". (Question: am I being overly concerned with the opinions of others when I reply loudly "I'm your only Daddy" when Isabelle refers to me in public as "Daddy Michael"? )
- When your kid not only knows the name of techs in the Nail Salon but has a preference. - "Heidi nails?" Izzy mentions while pointing to her now mostly worn off nail polish.

Our kids went through a phase when they called Gary "Daddy Gary". I think it's just a phase where they realize you have another identity aside from the one where you live to fulfil their every wish. Sadly now they never call us anything other than Mom and Dad and I kind of miss "Daddy Gary".
