Izzy in the Summer time

Here's another post that's been hanging around for a while. Just prior to Katelyn's birth we got to enjoy few special moments with Izzy...before her world came crashing down.

The girls youth program at church that Tiffany runs held a workout night. As I had to work Isabelle went along with Tiffany and Aunt Trish and had a lot of fun.

We had a Saturday where we just enough gusts of wind to get Isabelle's kite flying.

Izzy enjoys jumping on the trampoline. It's common for Izzy to disappear off and be found jumping away by herself.

Here's a little video where Tiffany captured Izzy's trampolining skills.

Of course, there's nothing like a little summer time watermelon.

Best of all Isabelle became a big sister (and a great big sister she is...just so long a Katelyn doesn't take her binkies, ... or blankets, ... or toys, ... or attention!)

Google Burp

Google sent me (and I assume some of you) an email last week to say that they had goofed up somethings on their end. For us it meant that two blog posts all of a sudden were without pictures. I just got around to fixing the posts so feel free to check out the last two posts if you didn't see them before.

Coldplay - Cincinnati Edition

It's a well known fact round these parts that we are Coldplay fans. So we found out earlier this year that they would finally be coming to Cincinnati (We caught the Viva la Vida tour once in Boston already. Fortunately some good friends of ours knows a guy and we were able to get some 5th row seats. We couldn't think of a better way to spend our first night out since Katelyn was born (thanks Tricia for babysitting Izzy and Katelyn).

Katelyns first bath

Katelyn got to have her first bath as soon as her umbilical cord fell off (yes, this post is a bit late, it was weeks ago). Isabelle, of course, wanted to join in the fun.

Nana came to town

Having a kid is a great excuse to get Nana to take a break from her mission in Phoenix and spend a little time with us (at least it's one of the things she can come home for).

Tiffany and Katelyn went to the airport to pick Nana up (it was late so Izzy was fast asleep).

Tiffany, Debbie and Katelyn.

Isabelle helped Nana make pancakes for everyone one morning.

Isabelle and Katelyn enjoyed having Nana read them goodnight stories.

On Nana's last evening everyone stopped by to say goodbye.

The kids help take out the trash.

Nana and all eleven Grandkids.

We all enjoyed having Nana for a week. Thanks for coming to see us Nana!
